We are dedicated to non-formal education and creating unforgettable experiences for young people just like you. We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic co-teamers to join us in organizing educational activities and seminars that bring together youth from all over Europe.

What’s in it for you?

As a co-teamer, you’ll dive into a variety of exciting tasks:

  • Logistical Support: Be the backbone of our events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Participant Care: Be the friendly face that attends to the needs of our diverse participants.
  • Energizer Facilitator: Kickstart the fun with energizing activities that keep everyone engaged and pumped up!
  • Evening Program Organizer: Plan and host awesome evening activities that everyone will love.
     

What we’re looking for:

  • Motivation: A strong desire to work in an international and youthful team.
  • Age: You must be between 18 and 25 years old.
  • Experience: Some background in youth work (even if it’s just a little!).
  • Reliability: Dependable and able to keep your cool in stressful situations.
  • Language Skills: Confidence in English is a must.

What we offer:

  • Voluntary Role: While the role is voluntary, we’ve got your back! We’ll cover your food, accommodation, and travel costs.
  • Certification: You will receive a certificate to show your commitment (Youth Pass)
