SAME stands for Solidarity Action Day Movement in Europe. We take the meaning of the word solidarity and our responsibility for the safety of all our engaged people and our society as a whole very seriously. We are deeply concerned about the current global challenge posed by the virus and follow current developments very closely. In the coming weeks, we also want to make an active contribution to slowing down the spread of the virus, in order to relieve the burden on health systems and provide the best possible protection for risk groups in our society.
Therefore, we have to postpone some of our upcoming events or are currently examining alternative possibilities for exchange (e.g. online Meet Ups). For instance,

Act.ival for Future will be postponed to 22-26 October 2020.
We will keep you updated on our website and social media channels. Besides you can always contact us directly - best by mail.
Our solidarity goes out to those who are directly or indirectly affected by the current wave of infection. Besides we would like to express our gratitude to all people working in the care and medical sector, to all government employees and to all of those who are currently maintaining our infrastructures: Thank you for your commitment to all of us!
