Workshop title: Getting to Yes – Basics of Negotiating
We find ourselves in situations where we negotiate things all the time in our everyday and professional lives. We will have a look at some basic tools and methods for negotiating and explore the tension that exists between strategic preparation and the willingness to follow the other side in a new direction at short notice.
